Returns are Easy

• The product must be in new and original condition.
• You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving the product. Just initiate a return by contacting us through email or phone.
• You must return all the original packaging. 
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Returns which do not include all packaging or are started after 14 days will be accessed a 20% restocking fee.
• Any return of a custom product will incur a 15% restocking charge. Custom products include: Lefthanded bow hunter suits, mini bundles, custom jute and synthetic kits and all BDU ghillie jacket and pants.
• If your product was shipped with free shipping, we will refund you your purchase price minus our shipping costs which can range from $8.00-$20.00.
• If you paid for shipping, we will refund you the full purchase price of the product.
• Please email us or call 800-851-7634 before shipping back the product. We will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges are handled similar to returns.  You can exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the order. Exchanges after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. See additional conditions below.

Conditions of Use

Ghillie Suit Clothing is not liable for any injuries or other that may occur from the wear or use of our products. Jute thread is flammable.

Please avoid open flames, sparks, or other items that could ignite the material. Do not smoke while wearing your suit. Although most suits are coated with a fire retardant, it will eventually need reapplying. If you wash your suit, the fire-retardant will be washed off and will need to be re-applied.
